Dial into the bridge or Dial out of the bridge capabilities:
• Dial in chairperson code, and invited participants to use a participants code associated with the designated conference
• Dial out participants can be introduced into the conference by the Chairperson either from the telephone handset, or using a Web-based Conference Control - they do not need to enter a conference code to join the conference
• On the Conference Control a pre-entered Participants list is available to the Registered User which they can use to dial them
• Users do not need to pre-book conference sessions
• Multiple dial-in numbers can be associated with the bridge (e.g. VoIP phones, 800 service, local, long distance etc.)
• Users do not need to use the web interfaces to run conferences, but can gain additional benefits by doing so, such as by using the conferencecontrol screen to graphically view and control who is in the conference
• Recording calls is standard with links emailed to registered users for download or streaming via the web upon completion of the conference -selected at time of call optional
• A web browser-based control enables the chairperson to graphically control all the users in their conference
• Call statistics are available in report form to each user and Administrators - this is a detail of who joined at what time and for how long
• Conference bridges can be configured for multiple departments or companies, so that each department has their own unique operating areaand cannot access the data of other departments
