Greg Mantia – CEO

Greg is a 23 year employee of the company.  Greg started with the company as Vice President of Sales in 1990 and was instrumental in expansion through its history.  Greg was initially responsible for the dictation and transcription business, primarily selling into healthcare, helped the company growth substantially through the nineties.  Mr. Mantia purchased the business in 2001 and is majority shareholder today.  Clear2there was established in 2003 with a focus to grow into emerging markets of video surveillance, audio conferencing and M2M software applications. Today Clear2there services over 3000 dealers nationwide through major master distributors.

Craig L. Steen – President

Craig brings the expertise in establishing distribution on a national and global basis for technology based products, through the many contacts and prior success of setting up an organization and running the sales, marketing and operational sides of a distribution and manufacturing business.  Craig was a Division Vice President/General Manager with Inter-Tel (INTL), a publicly traded company for 17 years, responsible for a multi-million dollar distribution business that distributed leading technology products throughout the USA and internationally.  He served as President for  Igeacare USA from 2008 to June 2009.

Kelly Carlton – COO

Kelly is a 12 year veteran overseeing all aspects of Operations of the company and its subsidiaries.  Kelly has built a solid team of support personnel that has over 12 year’s average tenure.  The organization consists of Engineering, project management, installers and technicians.  Dedicated to customer service, many of his personnel are certified on various technology platforms and have “street” smart experiences in resolving both technology and infrastructure problems as they arise in  technology solutions deployments.

Randy Cope – CFO

Randy has been responsible for all financial aspects of the business for 17 years.  Randy manages a “no debt” balance sheet for the company and its subsidiaries.   In 2008, the company implemented a new accounting system, that expanded the abilities to real time manage the business, both from logistics to financial reporting.  Randy holds a CPA certification, familiar with filing state taxes in 42 states on a monthly basis, with no State auditing occurrences in the history of the company (a clean and unheard of accomplishment).  Randy is instrumental in all financial aspects of funding the future growth of the business, at the same time maintaining the profitability and responsibility to the employees.

Ryan Vickers – National Director, Strategic Accounts and Product Management

Ryan was the first employee hired for national distribution of Clear2there Video Surveillance products in 2004.  His responsibilities include overseeing vendor/dealer relations, product management, strategic accounts, and marketing.  Prior to Clear2there, Ryan was the Sales Manager for an electronics company servicing over 30,000 dealers.
